How do I submit requests?
Through Core System — your personal design command center. Submit as many requests as you want, attach references, and track everything in real time: what's in progress, in review, and completed. It's all there, zero guesswork. One request is worked on at a time to keep quality sharp, but your queue is always loaded and ready to go. No calls, no email chains, no "let's circle back." Just clean, async workflow.
How fast do I get my designs?
Most requests are delivered within 2–3 business days. Simpler tasks often land in your inbox the next day. Complex projects like full landing pages may take a bit longer — but you'll always know the timeline upfront. No ghosting, ever.
Is there really no limit on requests?
Zero limits. Send 1 request or 50 — your subscription covers it all. The only catch? I work through them one at a time to keep quality razor-sharp. Think of it as a conveyor belt: the more we work together, the faster we move.
What does onboarding look like?
Quick and painless. You'll fill out a short brand brief, share any assets or guidelines, and we're off. Most clients are submitting their first request within 24 hours of subscribing. No lengthy discovery calls or 40-page questionnaires.
What if I don't like the design?
Then we fix it. Revisions are unlimited and baked into your subscription. I'll keep iterating until you're genuinely thrilled — not just "fine with it." My goal is to make you look so good your competitors get nervous.
What tools do you design with?
Figma for design. Framer for websites. That means you get fully editable source files, always — no locked PDFs or mystery formats. Your designs are yours, forever.
Is there anything you don't design?
I don't do 3D modeling, complex motion/video editing, or full-blown illustration from scratch. But if it lives in the digital/brand design world — social media, pitch decks, landing pages, brand identities, ad creatives, UI — I've got you covered.
What if I only need one design?
Then a subscription probably isn't for you — and that's totally fine. But here's the thing: most clients who "just need one thing" quickly realize how many design bottlenecks they've been ignoring. Once the floodgates open, they never go back.
Do you offer refunds?
If you're not satisfied within the first 7 days, I'll refund 75% of your payment — no hoops, no guilt trips. Why not 100%? Because real time and effort goes into every project from day one. But I'd rather give most of it back than keep money from someone who's not happy. Fair is fair.
